The legal term for “temporary work” is temporary employment, which is regulated in the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG). We “hire out” our permanent employees to our client companies for projects, to cover peaks in demand or to cover for vacation, sick leave, parental leave, etc.

Through changing assignments with our customers, you will gain experience and knowledge that you would not have in the routine of a single company. So it never gets boring and your know-how will open up interesting career prospects for you. With us, you will have the opportunity to work in various industries and get to know employers - without the need for sophisticated and complicated selection procedures.

Every employee receives a written, permanent employment contract with the usual benefits such as pension, health, unemployment, long-term care and accident insurance, paid vacation, sick pay, statutory protection against dismissal and similar.

Temporary work is worthwhile. Shift, night, Sunday and public holiday bonuses are added to your fixed salary as agreed. Any overtime is paid into your personal working time account. Any bonuses are paid out with your salary. You can call up saved hours from this account at any time and use them flexibly for your leisure activities!

All the benefits of a modern employer: with us, you won't miss out on vacation pay or a Christmas bonus! Depending on your assignment, you will receive a travel allowance and additional expenses for meals in addition to your monthly salary.

Yes, we apply the GVP (formerly BAP) / DGB collective agreement. This has many advantages for you as an employee: Regular pay increases, fixed monthly salary, staggered pay groups, flexible annual working time account and corresponding bonuses.

Yes, our employees regularly receive offers from the companies they are currently working for based on their qualifications and commitment. It is also possible to be placed directly by us. We will be happy to provide you with individual advice.

In principle, we try to place you in our client companies according to your previous training, qualifications and skills. But of course there are exceptions. For example, if a desired position is not wanted at the moment, you will sometimes take on other tasks which are, of course, within the scope of your training.
